Inviso terms of use
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms apply to the Inviso app, published by Talha Fakioglu, an independent developer ("we"). Contact: [email protected]. By using the app you accept these terms. If you downloaded Inviso from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement prevails.
What Inviso does
Inviso opens electronic invoices, signed documents and related files that you already have and shows them in readable form on your device. It does not send or submit invoices to anyone, and it does not connect to the Italian SdI or Peppol. If you choose to connect it to KSeF, the Polish National e-Invoice System, it downloads the invoices you received there to your device; it never sends or changes anything in KSeF.
Not professional advice
The readable view, the plain-language summary, the checks and the warnings (for example a changed IBAN or a possible duplicate) are aids. They can be incomplete or wrong, for instance when a file does not follow its standard. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice. Always rely on the original file and, where it matters, on your accountant or the competent authority.
The signature check is an aid and not an official validation. For legal purposes use an official service such as the EU DSS validation service or the AgID verifier.
Free use and Inviso Pro
A limited number of documents open in full for free; further documents open as a preview. Inviso Pro unlocks all documents and features. Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Purchases are made through your App Store or Google Play account and are subject to the store's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Your files
You are responsible for the files you open and for having the right to use them. Your documents stay on your device; see the privacy policy for details.
Third-party components
Inviso includes open-source software, listed with its licenses under Settings > Open-source licenses, and the EU trusted lists published by the European Commission and the Member States.
Liability
We develop Inviso with care but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or damages caused by relying on the app's display, checks or summaries instead of the original document. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected, as does any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms when the app changes; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of Turkey. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
